Nicole Johnson-Scales is a seasoned executive coach with over two decades of corporate leadership experience, specializing in leadership acceleration, executive coaching, and team optimization. Before coaching, Nicole held executive leadership roles at Fifth Third Bank, where she led Corporate Social Responsibility, managed multi-stakeholder needs, and oversaw the bank’s $5.6 billion Community Commitment.

In addition to coaching, Nicole serves as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University and Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, teaching Values-Based Leadership, Leading Organizational Change, and Corporate Social Responsibility. She holds an MBA from Olivet Nazarene University and earned her coaching certification through an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program. Nicole is a member of the Forbes Coaching Council and has been nationally recognized as a corporate and civic leader, receiving accolades such as the National Diversity Council’s Most Powerful & Influential Leaders and Chicago United Leader of Color.
