As Fifth Third Bank's Executive Leadership member, I spearheaded critical initiatives, leveraging Corporate Social Responsibility for both business success and community impact. My role bloomed, overseeing the company’s 5-year plan that encompassed $5.6 billion in Community Commitments. I also became strategic counsel to top executives and supported the navigation of diverse stakeholder needs.
